These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Dance Better AI ("we," "us," or "our") services, including our website https://www.dancebetter.org and our iOS and Android apps (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions

The Service offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Starter," "Performer," "Mastery") purchased through the App Store or our website. Subscription length, price, and included features are displayed at the point of purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

2. Account & Content

You are responsible for the content you upload, including dance videos, and must have the rights and permissions to share that content.

3. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
